Those were some things I found doing some quick research, you never know if there's an idea you haven't thought of until you listen to them all. Good to see you've done some research already and have a solid plan. I agree with your plan too, if you're going to build a chassis might as well go bigger, especially if you already have a solution for the width difference. I've always wanted to do one of those 1-10th 4wd buggies myself, but seem to be caught up in the larger scales at the moment. Keep us posted.
