instead of using paypal pay for what you want to get directly through the merchant using the ammex card. You should consider getting a checking account with a debit card! because of your age it may need to be a joint accout with a parent but at least you wouldn't have this problem anymore

You have a good point, but i cant buy used things of rc tech and such with a checking account.

thats why i need paypal money :)
