This is a tough one as the seller did actually ship it on the 24th. The problem now is with USPS and that's out of the seller's hand. The seller could be nicer and go to the post office to complain and have USPS expedite your item. yea, but my biggest concern is that usps is guaranteeing they never got the package. THe 24th is when the seller printed his label off.

To me it sounds like USPS (Maybe the driver that picked up the packages from the seller) might have misplaced or lost the package and they just found it on the 4th. I'm not trying to protect the seller in any way, but USPS has done this to me in the past.
