It's a zippy flightmax ..... I was figuring a blown tab inside No puffing or damage to the pack at all it's only the second or third time I've used this pack too..... voltage across the pack is cell 1 - 3.9v, cell 2 - 3.9v, cell 3 - 0.0v, cell 4 - 3.9v.... my other flightmaxx pack puffed it's 4th cell on my first run with it.... all the other cells where still registering 3.9v too...... ugghh looks like i got 2 from a bad batch. I have 4 other zippy batts and they are all fine and have been run a 12+ times each with no issues. I think I'll stick with buying 2s 's and run them in series so that if one cell goes bad I'm not out a full 4s lipo.....
