difference between the 25c and 35c G3's

If I recall, the Neu packs were a 25c constant and a 50c burst.

I don't get it. I mean, the G3 had a little more oomph, but nothing impressive. In fact, the TP 40c/80c pack had more of a difference...and that's just 5c difference.
