How did the bulkheads and shock mounts end up fitting? That seems to be the most critical features of the chassis. Did you have to enlarge any of the holes?

Hello,

Yes that's true.

Fitting the bulkheads was trail and error, because I didn't have any measuring equipment for it.
That's why I first made the chassis from normal steel.
I measured the shockmounts with a caliper.
