The BEC output voltage is set at 5.5 volts and can be adjust via the Castle Link; it's the first setting on the Advanced tab. Try flashing the firmware like BrianG mentioned. If you have a voltmeter, you can test the output of the BEC. Just unplug the ESC from the receiver, power up the ESC (make sure the car is off the ground) and put the meter probes on the brown and red leads. If you're not reading 5.5volts, then there's a problem with the BEC.

If this is the case, go ahead and disable the red wire and run it for now. Give me a call or shoot me an e-mail and we'll get a replacement set up for you.

If you are reading the correct voltage, try plugging the ESC into the steering channel and see what happens. If it doesn't flash all 3 LED's, then it may be a problem with the throttle channel. This is very unlikely though since it is working with the receiver pack.
