Makes sense to me. If I'm in an emergency, even a $50 phone call doesn't matter, as long as the emergency is handled. Somebody has to pay for the services.
Also, idiots crowd 911 lines with non-emergency calls. I'm sure this is where they got the idea from. It's "Dr. _paralyzed_" actually. Not like with a PhD, but Doctor like in Dr. Pepper. |

good idea but then you have mobile phones...
no matter what a mobile will dial 911, even if keypad is locked. even withought credit on it. the porthole from the noob world an here has been opened!! that's how i got in. |
