That's only the 4th failed rotor for the Castle-Neu's that I have seen; so this was just a freak occurrence. At this time we do not have replacement rotors, so it would need to be sent in for warranty replacement. Since we don't have the rotors to replace it, we will just replace the entire motor.
For details on getting it sent in for repair, please visit our Repair Center at www.castlecreations.com/repairs. Just be sure to include a copy of your original sales receipt and include some type of delivery confirmation or tracking on the package.
