I'm running 17-44 and it has a bit of room still so a 16 may even be possible.



Started work on my proline 5b rat body, and test fit a venom motor cycle rider those are in the works

Very nice looking. Looks like what I'm ending up doing with the body.

How did you do the lexan top? I've tried several unsatisfactory methods with heat gun.

Same here the heat gun was a joke. I ended up just hanging the lexan over the table edge and running a zippo lighter under the bend line. All you need to do is have the part to wide, then trim as it tended to ''shrink'' at the bend sides.

THeres quite a bit of motor mount talk in the middle of the thread... so heres my two cent: http://www.rc-monster.com/forum/show...t=20862&page=2

With the mount version two I made the motor is placed under the spur gear (LCG anyone?) and has plenty of room for gearing with a 4465 motor... its simple and easy to make.
