Well, two of those in parallel would be 2000uF, but that is the capacitance. ESR stands for equivalent series resistance, as long as the cap is listed as low ESR you aren't as concerned with the exact ESR value.

I would run 3 of those for 3000uF. That is the guy I usually buy caps from, good guy to deal with.
