What would be a good combo to run if I want to alternate between 4s and 6s?

I would like to be able to run 45ish on 4s but then be able to run 6s geared for 50-maybe 60 but still be efficient with good torque/run time.

Is there a beefy motor out there that can do the above? Would a 1900 be ok or should I go even lower on the KV to get more efficiency and still be able to gear for 50-55? When not doing street runs I would like to have a smooth setup with some pretty large tires so I want to have a good amount of torque so im not running 200* when I decide to run larger tires.

I am debating between the above scenario or JUST buying 4 3s packs and gearing for 50ish so I have a boat load of torque and run time....

What would you guys say is the minimum C rating for the above setups? I have read the tekin is not quite as picky as the MMM with C ratings (as far as going up in smoke goes)

Thanks!
