Yea, might not work for everyone, esp in the front if you are using the stock radio box, but I have an FLM servo plate, and open TVP rails in order to mount a roll bar. Plenty of room in the back

Can do a little alu tube piece at the end to make it look nicer and give a bit of extra str.

Here is a couple quick pics I took this morning of my XL flux with the Team Associated SC10 body on it. If you look, you can see that I would have to trim the front and rear fenders a bit more to clear the tires, but not a heck of a lot. I could also move the body up higher.

That's the Muggy getting some screen time there - its in for rebuild also. Blew out all four of the screws holding the front bulkheads and cracked one of them. Putting RPM arms on it and switching it over to the hard anodized chassis. I've only got 4 more days to get all of these rebuilt and ready for our beach trip.....Both Slash's need work, and the 8T is still in pieces waiting for a rear diff rebuild.

Losi 8T 1.0, Savage Flux - XL style, LST XXL, Muggy, 3.3 E-Revo Conversion and sitting outside 425hp, 831 Tq Dodge Ram Turbo Diesel. It SMOKES

Nice paint job!

I do like the look. But to me I always thought the shorter bodies on the XL looked rather silly. I've been tried to get the El Camino body to work on the XL (when my Savage was a nitro version) but never got it to look right.

The SC8 body is maybe slightly wider than the SC10, but its longer (RC8T wheelbase which is very close the XL wheelbase) so should give you basically the same look but without really needing to do too much to the fenders.

My SC10 lid fits my FLM extended chassis very well. Front to back.
