I'm not sure what HPI's replacement policy is on the Blur. You could send it to us if all else fails; our non-warranty fee on a Mamba Monster is $70.00. It includes the replacement controller, shipping back to you and a new one year warranty through Castle. It just won't have the Dean's connectors wired in series; so be sure to remove them from your Blur before you send it back and just reattach them to the new controller.
