I like the 'radar evading' part- damn thing has a massive cross section with those funny winglets and huge exposed engine/ prop. Looks like fun though...

I think they mean it can't get more than 40ft off the ground

Yea that figures. Didn't the rest of the world figure this out back during World War 1 & 2? I guess this shows the level of genious providing inovative breakthroughs within the Iaranian culture. I believe that this shows that some people really don't have a clue how they look to the rest of the world, when they do something truly moronic. Gods little sense of humor.
