If you have only received the e-mail confirmation when you placed the order, with a 12 digit number, then we have received the order but it has not been invoiced. Some orders that were pulled from the web server were not automatically transferred into the ordering system; so they have to be hand entered and could take a bit longer to process. If you don't receive an e-mail with the invoice by Thursday afternoon, I would recommend shooting an e-mail to sales.

I placed 2 orders on the 24th.

I received the email confirmation with the 12 digit number. But haven't received anything since.

I did email CS and recieved the following response.

"All orders processed within the last seven days will be processed and shipped by 10/04/2010. Thanks "

I hope these orders didn't fall through the cracks somewhere.

Yep, same exact deal for my 1518 order. As of Thursday 9/30 the funds had still not been
deducted from my cc.

Same here. 8 days since I placed my order and still nothing in my Inbox. If there is a glitch in the ordering system maybe we should place a new order instead?

Same here, only the confirmation mail with the 12 digit number 8 days ago.
Sent castle a mail yesterday, I'll wait for their reply after the weekend.
Hopefully it didn't get cought in the spamfilters again...
