Castle moving sale

Guys I love Castle as much as the next guy but this just isn't right IMO. I honestly don't have time to call during business hours due to college and finals are coming up. I just want this taken care of. I was mislead into believing I'd be getting a 1520 gratis, which I thought was an excellent way to deal with the order mix up. I wouldn't have minded just paying for the motor anyways, they're dirt cheap. But I was told something and now Mr. Chase is giving me the run around saying he was only talking about a MMM I'd sent in.

The only thing I was involved with was the replacement Mamba Monster that you have received in the mail.. If you were going to purchase a motor or if the tech department was going to send one of those out it is not something I was informed of.. Shoot me an e-mail, thomas @ castlecreations . com with the details on what is going on and I'll help you get it sorted out. Is this in regards to order #2142-2616-1484? I'll have to check in the morning and see what is on the order. Please shoot me that e-mail and I'll be sure to get it sorted out ASAP. Sorry for the mix-up and delays.

The sale page has been taken down temporarily. We received over 400 orders over the holiday and the sales department was worried we may have run out of stock on some of the motors. They did not want anymore orders coming in that we could not fulfill, there is a chance we will not be able to fulfill some of the orders that are currently pending.

As soon as they are able to get through all of the orders and get a good count on our current inventory, the page will be back up, possible with some items removed due to no stock. So orders that were placed later in the sale may not be fulfilled due to lack of stock. We will not know until Dena and Christy are able to get through all of the orders. They are hoping to finish up sometime on Wednesday or Thursday. If your order is not capable of being fulfilled due to lack of inventory, the sales department will contact you as soon as possible.

Thank you Thomas for your info and assistance here on RCM with this issue. I just received a CC notice that my order was shipped. I guess I must have gotten in under the wire on this one. I placed my order like a week ago. I look forward to receiving my two 1717 motors. Play time will have to wait until we get to our next post in Prague, Czech Republic since most of my R/C gear is already packed up for the move. Great sale CC and great customer service as usual. Great company period. Keep up the good work guys.
