Finished my conversion. Still need to change out the grease in the f/r diffs and the oils in the shocks, but its all together now. Here is what it looks like. I think this could be a nice little buggy. Its not quite as light as I was hoping for. Full rtr weight set up with a 3s 6500mah pack for a 15 minute main is around 6.75lbs. Still light for a 1/8 buggy but not the sub 6lb I was hoping for. With a battery good for 10 minute main could probably get it down closer to 6lb. The pack weighs 500+ grams. Gonna give it a run next weekend at the track and see if its worth spending any more money on before I start getting into trying to shave weight.
