So looking at this plug the conversion kit comes with the MMM XL ESC and the 2028 motor, and just that costs about $500, right? So $1000 for the baja 5b, $500 for this kit, and what about $1000 for the all of the RCM aluminum conversion stuff, plus about $300-$400 for LiPos, so we are looking at a total cost of about $4000 to $5000 for this vehicle, right? WOW what a coin drop, and that does not even go into any real hopups that are available for this thing with wheels, and costomized anodized parts to increase durability. One could easily spend close to $10K building up a nice electric vehicle for a fun toy. Maybe next year???

Don't get me wrong I think this electric conversion kit is a great addition for the Baja 5b, and hopefully some day I can afford to take the plunge.
