As has been said, it really isn't that hard. For the spur gear, Mike could probably make an adapter that would allow the use of the Ofna plastic spur. I've also heard that the Kyosho plastic spur gear for the Landmax will fit onto the Ofna (non-Ultra/MBX) diffs.

If you're like me, you could go all out and make a completely new chassis, as well as a custom center diff mount (I'm using a custom slipper clutch right now, though). Cold Fusion makes some 1/4" thick aluminum motor mounts that bolt to the chassis, and this would be the easiest strong way to get the motor mounted.
