Ah, I was on the right track
Statistically speaking, rape is more likely by someone known to the victim & uncommon in the way the media often portray these scenarios unfolding, eg; scantily clad women walking down dark alley gets attacked . Therefore to introduce the term slut & trying to reclaim it is a bit absurd to me
It's probably just me but it seems increasingly as though every "group" wants to stake out a very wide claim as to what is normal & acceptable. I know if I dress a certain way in certain situations I may attract unwanted attention, such as wearing a pink tutu standing outside the local Hells Angels clubhouse or maybe a tshirt with a stylized punk version of Ganesha to a Hindu ceremony - this is common sense - and it isn't the catalyst for me to form the "I want to dress in a certain way in certain situations action group", I accept it, deal with it & get on with my life. We clearly live in a world where common sense no longer holds much currency
