This is a difficult one to answer. Simple answer is that more than likely you will have less control. This will be because even though you will have heavier trenchers you won't have enough top speed to generate a decent change in angular momentum once your get into the air (for rotating backwards).
6S will probably make this less noticeable than 4S though with a 2200kV. 16/47 is very low gearing, total reduction is nearly 21.
