I wasn't bashing 2wd. I just stated a fact that a 4x4 drivetrain will lose more power to gear inefficiency than a 2x4 drivetrain. I love my 4x4 rc trucks, but if I had to have something with a weak 26cc motor, I don't want to lose any more power than absolutely necessary. It mainly carries over from my 1:1 hobby, where AWD has almost 2x the drivetrain loss.

I had a baja with a 29cc kit and all CF parts, and it was a nice basher. Just the right amount of power for a 2wd.

why use a weak 26 cc engine? yes in a 4x4 that doesnt make sense. my gas truck has a OBR 30 cc reed case 8.2 hp . put that in a baja and all your do is dounuts.

but what does this has to do with the topic of this thread????? oh and BTW there are 5ive owners that have made their trucks 2wd just for the fun of it.

I'm talking brushless. 2wd is useless given the awesome torque of brushless motors.
