Well I don't want to say anything bad about FLM as these Bulks are the only thing that I have ever had an issue with out off the products I have bought from them. Plus they have been very helpful in getting the issue resolved that I told them about. Everyone makes mistakes, it's what you do after the mistake that defines you, not the fact that you made a mistake.

oh I completely agree. As I told you the other day, I had a very good experience with them as well. They took care of the same issue for me, plus they replaced a part that I broke. They didn't have to do that, but they did, so kudos to them for being so understanding. That is how you keep customers, and gain more business in the future.
