And here's where I'm at with the build right now. All I need is set of Ultralite Diffs and I'll have a roller!

The G4 has been monoblock'd.

It had to be done. Just didn't look right without it. Plus, the rear center bone that I got with the chassis is made for use with a mono, soo.... I guess it had to be done lol

Took some careful dremel work (didn't turn out perfect, but not bad for being done by hand)

5/16" Aluminum round stock for custom body posts

And some aluminum set screw collars

They ended up a little long, so I need to cut them down still

Thanks to Justinbolin, I have a purdy new servo saver for this truck

And because I like to make what I already have work (and because I'm too impatient to wait for parts), I modified a set of TRX 7075 Tie Rods for the front. I removed the double threaded ends, tapped the tie rod tubes out to 8-32 to accept some cut down ss screws so I could attach the plastic rod ends. By eliminating the original double threaded ends, I was able to shorten the tie rods just enough for them to be the perfect length.

Now I just need to de-anodize them so they match the rears.
