Sometimesa flywheel puller is necessary, but given you have the clutchbell off, the shoes off, and the clutch nut off, just pry on the sides witha screwdriver gently until it pops off. Be sure to alternate sides though...

What i do sinice i dont have a gear puller here is what i do . First you take off the clutch bell & clutch shoes & clutch nut. Then you turn the motor over & put the crank shaft on something solid. Then i take a adjustable wrench & adjust it to fit the back side of the flywheel & tap both sides with a hammer & the flywheel pops right off. I hope this helps :027: .

I just tap with a screwdriver on all sides to prevent possible bending, should fall off with a few good taps

Work because i gotta, play because i wanna

People here hate Nitro, I love it. I start it, run it about 50 ft from me and it dies, I go after it. Perfect exercise

On a rare occasion i have had to pry lightly with a screwdriver (very lightly)
