I don't think i have had a bearing go bad yet. My brother did in his feigao.
You got a good question. It is not hard to get bearings out the feigao motors.
You just take and tap lightly on a piece of wood and it end come right off.

If you don't want to break the epoxy bond on the drive shaft side endbell (Feigao motor), you can unscrew the other endbell and pull out the rotor. From there you can replace both bearings and just screw the endbell back on.
