It is cause of the one way bearing.
It is needed as well for when it shifts to 2nd and 3rd the shaft spins faster than the gear it is on does. When you apply the esc brake the motor will only stop spur. The truck is like in free wheel mode. Yes the reverse would be on 3rd channel. You only need a y connector for like a revo steering servos. |
