I use the 40mm by 40mm fan from radio shack on most of the trucks I have(12 volt computer fan). I wire the fan to the Dean's connector on the controller so the fan comes on when the batteries are plugged in. It was a brutally hot weekend, so I am sure a few folks may have found the term "thermal" in their vocabulary this weekend. I thermalled myself, and had to come back inside to the a/c!
