Traxxas forums banned the use of free e-mail accounts?

Anybody know when this happened? I tried to sign up for a forum account over there and I was notified that all free e-mail accounts (yahoo, gmail, hotmail, etc) are banned from signing up because of abusers. So now I can't contribute to their forums, oh well. It kind of makes me mad how some immature and hateful people ruin good things for a lot of people.
