I could swear they said 440 - but you might be correct. Each airplane assembly line has its own transformer station. Its the power supply that runs the airplanes internal electronics/generators/apu's - standard on most widebody jets. We have to have the fire department buy off every time we connect to the airplane. Rumor has it that one person was killed from it years ago.
