Thanks for the replies guys. As for the battery and battery tray, will be ordering these through Mike. Just need to decide what battery I'm going with and then what tray I'll need. I'll also need to order some pinions from Mike too.

I've got lots of spare servos and a new rx for my DX3r, and am working on a deal for the MMM combo with the lhs (got to support your lhs when you can!). Just all needs to come together at some point!

I just swapped out the 36-60-2000 medusa for a 36-80-1600 Medusa in the buggy. The 60mm had a 12t pinion on it and a put a 20t on the 80mm. I wanted to see if I could make the motor sweat, after two seperate ~10min bash sessions of mostly speed runs the hottest I could get the motor was 120f. The MMM V1 is still going strong, and the 4000mAh 6S 20C Zippy didn't break 90f.

I'm going to go throught the diffs and add silicon lube and then I think that I'm going to sell the buggy with the 60mm and put the 80mm in the truggy.

Watching this build closely. Looking for a used but well taken care of buggy to convert myself. I have tried greased lightning to remove anodizing, with no luck... never tried easy off though.

Let me know if you get it off, I'd like to know how. - http://forums.thetoyz.com/index.php?showtopic=2539

As you can see from my post, i tried that stuff on Big bores with no luck...

i have the batts stacked

i thinks its to heavy rolls over easy.fast i'm still tunning it.on the left side of the buggy is the batts in a rc monster tray ..then the esc
right side is servo, motor and then the rx.

i'm thinking of put one batt one this side to evan out the weight

Nope. Sold this project off to fund some other projects. Decided to go with a lighter weight buggy, but who knows when that will be. Too many projects, not enough time or money :D!
