A 6" A/DC motor (maybe 12-14"long) will get a small car to highway speeds.
That motor looks like it could power an all terrain vehicle for sure with some decent zip. Like a small quad.

15000 watts / 746 watts per HP = 20 HP
A little small for a full size car.

I have personally done part of the building process of a motor that goes in a 1:1 car. The armature was ~11" in diameter and it was 18-24" long. My job was to wrap the armature with a fiberglass type of tape that helped hold the coils in while spinning, trim the coils to the proper length and weld/braise the coils together and to the comutator.
Now putting all that aside, remember that size was for a brushed motor, we all know that brushless motors are way more powerful than their brushed counterparts so who knows what that 44xx might power.

The motors in the Prius range from 40 to 67 HP, and rated at 30 to 50 kW. So the 44xx is close, but not quite enough for a 1:1

I was thinking something along the lines of a 1/3 scale RC. Like a full sized Baja 1000 truck but just scaled down to about 35% of full size. Would be awesome. Baja trucks are generally over-powered and a 44xx would definitely fit the bill on that one.

We need someone in the same town as ben and mike to make a electric rc barbie jeep, then fight them to the death. They can be called BBJ's (battle barbie jeeps).
