yeah no doubt. i like the idea of useing that husky srap. i took straps off a back pack. and used one of the little clips things for uick removal of the battery.

i picked up some black 2" x 24" nylon straps with a buckle at one end (velcro closure like gorilla straps, but makes one continuous loop) pretty cheap from feebay. 12 of them for $10. i had to cut some down and reinforced the connection points with monofiliment. they work great - much, much stronger than the flimsy gorilla straps and much cheaper too. they work perfectly with the FLM chassis.


Xray XT8 (Neu powered) MMM on 5s
MD 500 scale heli - castle HV-45 on 3s
Eflite Blade 400 heli on 3s

so i just went to go pick up my battery from maxamps today. I got a 4s 8000mah as planed. it looks sweet and i cant wait to get everything here so i can use it.

Hey everyone i have another, yes another question, on my ESC there is a universal connector comming out of it, where does that go? or so i not even need it?

3 wires will go to the motor you need to get deans for the enpty battery leads, there is one connector with 3 wires that goes to the receiver, if ur running a receivr pack you need to remove one of those wires(not shure of which one on the MM)and then there is the onoff switch

@Asianplayer: It looks like you have set the turn ration of your dremel too high and were cutting too hasty. I experienced this with PC Case modding, high turn ratios can make the dremel jump especially if you hold them with one hand (steel is really nasty!)
