I think you may want to get the ue cvds to the wheels. I have seen the mip break. I have yet to break the ue. If you have them run them. I have not had a problem with the aluminum skids bending. I bent a chassis on a gmaxx. The 7xl gets my vote unless you shooting for runs times. It has good power for your truck. And should smoke the nitro savage.

Peace!

cool thanks guys, i'll get the 7xl then.

I have the aluminum skids cause i bought 3 sets ages ago and i thought i might aswell use them and then when they break or i get sick of bending them back in shape i'll get some titanium ones. I got the mip cvds a while ago aswell, i was gonna buy the supermaxx ones but then i thought i might aswell just run the mip and if they break i'll get the supermaxx ones.

Yes, drive what you have, and replace it when needed!

The triple pro is a nice charger, especially for emaxxers. It is better than the mrc by a longshot for charging(rarely if wever false peaks and can charge 3 batteries at once).

What do you mean? collar? if you mean the thing that goes around the input bearings; no, it isn't needed anymore.

yeah thats the thing, i took another look and it wouldnt even fit lol cause theres no holes in the bulkhead for it to go in and if there was you wouldnt be able to get it in anyway cause you cant move the bulkhead lol.

What oil should i use in the 8 spyder diffs? I have some 300,000wt silicone diff oil lol. i just bash, and i dont want the diff to give all the power to the wheel with no traction to easily cause i like to hill climb and stuff. so will 300,000 be ok? I also have 5,000wt and 7,000wt but i think that will be to thin?

Why in the world did you buy 8 spyder's which you are going to lock up with 300.000 wt oil? That's a shame.

But if you want an awnser, yes, that will work fine for a basher/ hill climber. Allthough you could of saved 200$ and lock the stocker's w/ a spool or heavy oil.

Why the Ice? I've heard much better thing's about it over the triton. I'm not very positive about charging 2 pack's in serie at once without false peaking. But's that's just me. Both are great charger's.

It'll be a hand full to drive with the diffs locked that much.100wt would be enough to stop it diffing out too easily,30 to 60 wt will give you alot more steering and make it alot more forgiving to drive with that kind of power, you need diffs to be diffs,or you'll be struggling to lay down power without it getting all squirmy(technical term).

the oil has got more impact on the 8 spiders than on the 6 spiders too. 300K would be nice to lock out a centerdiff, not for bashing.. 30-50K is pretty extreme allready..
