My G-Revo, finally almost done - 10.25.2007, 09:52 PM

I have been meaning, to get pics of the G-revo for quite a while, but never could. I now have got some pics to share. This was one of the very first sold through Mike and RC-Monster, it was also my first purchase through Mike. the Revo itself is now 3 years old (whats left of it haha) and the chassis will be 2 in December. Over the last couple years, it has had a few different setups through it, Starting with an EVX and titans, Through my first brushless setup (novak HV 4400) to my MM/9xl/4 and 5s combo's, to now running a Neu 1515/2.5d (1700kv) with MGM 16018 and 5s LIPO's. I have broke a few arms and bent many rods, but till i got to the 9XL i couldn't break the diffs. Eventually it started to happen, after about the third or fourth rebuild, Mike got the 1/8 diffs done and i got a set. Now with the RC-Monster steel idler, Gmaxx half tranny conversion and the strobe, the drivetrain is nearly bomb-proof. The last piece to finish it will be a V2 slipperential, that will be got when available. Then it will be perfect.
The following pics are the chassis, the body is trashed and no need to show it. The battery straps are the origional ones, that came with the chassis. Don't ask how they held together, because i don't know.

I'd like to thank Mike, for all the hard work he does. If not for his dedication, we couldn't enjoy this hobby as much as we do.

Work because i gotta, play because i wanna

People here hate Nitro, I love it. I start it, run it about 50 ft from me and it dies, I go after it. Perfect exercise
