What kind of silicone oil can I put inside ?
30K ? 100K ?

Well, diff oil choice obviously depends on the performance you are looking for.
Try something like 7K/25K/3K (front/center/rear... if you have a centerdiff) and go from there.

You may want keep track conditions in mind as well. Now if you're just bashing, go with some thick stuff front and back.
