Guys, I don't know what to tell you. MetalMan got in touch with MGM because his controller sustained some sort of hardware damage and they promptly replied telling him to send it in.
I'm having a software problem. Although I can program mine, the programming doesn't take effect. MGM refuses to believe that I am having a software problem and won't even tell me what I have to do to send it in. Perhaps you might have better luck, since you are having trouble with the programming procedure itself.
As has been mentioned, there are mixed reviews regarding MGM's service. I've been emailing over my Compro and messing with it for a month, and I've gotten no where. In the last week, I was exchanging emails with MGM and thought I was making progress, but once I verified that I was able to enter the programming mode, but was having trouble with the programming taking effect, this is what they said...

It is no very likely that SW is "damaged", this SW is the same as in the thousands other controllers. It is very likely you made some mistake

Although MGM was responding to my emails, they have stopped.
I really don't think that I did anything wrong, as I had Mike walk me through the programming procedure to make sure that I had it right. I truly hope that you guys have better luck than I did.
I got another esc from my LHS. They know me well enough to know that I'm not a complete dummy and they've taken care of me in the past with defective merchandise. I just couldn't take another chance with a $200+ speed controller.
As for the Compro, if I don't get something done with it this week, it's going into the garbage.
