i just checkedmy email yesterday and found that there were about 50 emails showing the posts that people have made on some of the threads that i have posted on it is kind of anoying.:031:

you can turn that off in your user CP.

everytime you write something in a new post it will subscribe to it :) u can turn this off in profile options
