Thanks guys!

Well, the battery was moved back about 1/8" and it is lighter, so that affects overall weight by itself. The COG is also lower since I'm now using lipos. And yup, they are 2s. I might go with 3s eventually, but 2s is plenty fast on the small truck I'll be running on.

I did have some steel washers in the battery box, but removed them now. With all the adjustments, the whole truck is lighter now. About 1/4 lb I would say. That should help runtime as well.
