Since the 9918 can handle 18 cells, which is 21.6v, it should be able to handle 6s (22.2v). Actually, depending on how old it is, it might even be equivalent to a 9920, which can handle 24v.

However, the BK ESCs only run 2 pole motors; the Neus are 4 pole. So, Neus won't work for you.

You might be ok to run that 1940/7 on 21.6v, but it would be kinda high rpms at 49k rpm. That's about 10k rpm more than most would run their motors, but they are higher quality so it might be ok. I would wait to see what others say about this...
