hey, welcome to the forums. Do you race at the Plex? Some of my buds from DesMoines is there this weekend for the RC Pro Series race.

Anyway... I think you have been sucked in a little too deep on the "Yusa makes everyone's buggy" thing. I don't doubt that they might roll out some rebranded products for other companies.

BUT.... there is no way that only a couple companies make most of the buggies. The guys saying that are feeding you B.S.

If this were even remotely true... it would not be a big secret. People would know... we would know.

btw, I know of one $400+ buggy that rolls out of the factory under $150... then it's sold to the distributors for $250 and $350 to the LHS... and about $400 or so to the consumer. Sounds like this yusa is simply selling direct and bypassing all the markups.

Thanks for the open welcome...

I heard some pretty convincing statements from people who have not led me astray before. I think your last statement is correct and is the case with the ebay Yusa deal. As stated in the auction, these were overstocks of some sort. I am sure Suprasales got them for an even deeper discount and are just blowing them out. I am dropping a Novak HV 4.5R in one and a Hacker/Castle system in the other. Should be fun.

Thanks for all the opinions guys. I had decided against it until stampedeprojects post, now I think Im considering it again.
Stampede, do you know of a replacement parts source here in the US? Or another buggy whose parts will be a direct fit?
