If Castle wants more business then they need to give a little. I know there are many people on more forums then this one that have waited a long time. That’s money Castle is giving to other companies because of their lack of information. IMO

I am not mad or angry but I am starting to look other places for solutions to problems I have now.

exactly, I can understand delays but to not give any updates is basically just driving your customers away.
