That would depend on the rotor length. I'm not sure of either one but a longer rotor is able to put out more torque per each A going through the stator. Also the grade of the magnets used makes a big difference as well (aka N38, N40). Wire gauge helps too. Larger wire can handle more power thus you can gear higher, again I don't know what either motor uses off hand.
