anything above 10-11 kg/cm would do. unless you are using huge tires. I like mine fast. You could add an external UBEC to get the full 6V, but i thought the novak deliverd 6V as it is?

Thank you for your help Serum. Thanks to handy online torque conversion tables, 181 oz/in of torque = 13 kg/cm, so I guess I am OK with the Hitec I mentioned. And yes, the Novak ESC in the BL system delivers 6 volts to the steering servo.

My other thought was to go to a dual servo setup, but no reason to add to the weight of the rig if one servo will do the trick.
