Yeah...when you think about it, there might really be a problem with the servo saver.

You know what? After smoking a Hitech 5955 tg servo I figured out that I needed to turn my end points down a bit.

So I think the whole bearing deal was mostly operator error.

A 333 oz. servo was pushing too hard and crushing the bearings.

I also had my linkage in the last hole on my servo horn, just to push a little harder.
