help thermaling mgm 60

im running 8 3300 unmatched gp evo 3 cells that i got fro mike. i might try cycling them but they are almost brand new about 6 days old sense i built the pack.

another issue im having is simmilar to on to another post, if i have my batteries at full charge and do a quick manuver like backward then quick fowared as to do a whelle the controleer shuts off and beepes at me a few times before it will rest and run agiain. the manuel dont lend much info on a problem like this other than to much current draw
