CC Bec anyone?

Thanks for posting the pic's of your bec , I was trying to get the part # for the mosfet it uses, fried my by shorting out accedentally . I've opened a post in the brushless forum but I've just found the awnser here... If you can verify

The fet is closest to the red input wire and is labled AG9AY FDS 4435 ?

Anyhow the FDS 44xx (mine I could make out he last # was a 5) lets me know it's a p-type mosfet which was the question I realy needed an awnser for...
