You don't "need" an LVC since they drop off quite abruptly at the end, and they are not as sensitive to overdischarging as regular lipos.
That said, if you do decide to get an LVC, make sure it is specifically designed for those cells or it will think the pack is dead sooner than it is because of the voltage difference between lipos. |
