i want to know if rc-monster guarantie their products
as feigao motors and bk controllers

Honestly I don't know what the official policies are.

Mike always tries to take care of customers, but shops/stores don't normally warranty products like this. Feigao and BK are the ones on the hook, so that's where consumers need to look if there is a problem. The store can help get that done, but ultimately it's the mfg's responsibility.

Check out the forum here... there are a lot of happy RCM customers.

so if i receive a bk warrior, and if he don't work,
they don't repay me the 200$ ... ?

Mike wouldnt send out a non-functioning esc, but if it spontaneously combusts by itself after 5 minutes, the manufacturer will be your first port of call fro servicing issues. Mike is selling off his remaining units with no warrenty, but at a discounted price I believe. As for motors, he will always do his best to get it fixed/sorted.
